FIREARM TRANSFEREE’S AGREEMENT

A. Red Oak Arms LLC makes every effort to check in firearms on the day they arrive, however, to meet the Federal Government’s stringent record-keeping standards, this process may take up to 24 hours.

Red Oak Arms LLC will contact you at the number you provided as soon as your firearm is ready for pickup.

B. Failure to pick up your firearm within 30 days will result in a storage fee assessment of $50.00 for each month your firearm is stored.

C. A transferred firearm, left with Red Oak Arms LLC, with no direction or contact from the transferee for 180 consecutive days, will result in forfeiture of the firearm to Red Oak Arms LLC, without recourse or recompense.

D. Should you, as the intended transferee, fail the FBI Background Check, Red Oak Arms will return the firearm to the licensed dealer who shipped it. This expense is not covered by Red Oak Arms LLC and you must make arrangements with the seller to pay for return shipping.

E. Should you, as the intended transferee, appeal a denial by the FBI, Red Oak Arms LLC will store your firearm for a maximum of three months.

F. You agree to pay a $40 transfer fee at time of pickup.
