2. Firearm Sales
All firearm sales are conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Firearms cannot be shipped directly to individuals unless permitted by law. All firearms purchased through this website must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer selected by the customer.
Before a firearm can be transferred, the receiving FFL dealer will:
- Verify your identity
- Complete ATF Form 4473
- Perform the required background check
- Comply with all applicable federal and state regulations
Failure to complete the transfer or pass the required background check may result in cancellation of the order and applicable fees.
3. State & Local Restrictions
Many products sold on this website are subject to state or local restrictions.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel prohibited orders
- Remove restricted accessories from shipments
- Refuse shipments where prohibited by law
- Charge applicable return shipping and restocking fees if an order cannot legally be completed
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products ordered are legal in their jurisdiction.
4. Ammunition Sales
Ammunition sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Some jurisdictions require:

- Face-to-face transfers
Orders that cannot legally be completed will be cancelled.
5. Magazine Capacity Restrictions
Firearms shipped to states with magazine capacity limits may have restricted magazines removed or replaced with compliant magazines when available.
No credit will be provided unless required by law.

Firearms are shipped only to licensed FFL dealers.
Ammunition
Ammunition is shipped only where permitted by law.
Accessories
Accessories are shipped directly unless prohibited by applicable law.
Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed.
10. FFL Transfers
Customers are responsible for:
- Selecting a receiving FFL dealer
- Confirming the dealer accepts transfers
- Paying any transfer fees charged by that dealer
If the receiving dealer refuses the shipment or the firearm is abandoned, return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
11. Background Check Denials
If a transfer cannot be completed because:
- the background check is denied,
- the customer refuses the transfer,
- the transfer is abandoned, or
- applicable laws prohibit the transfer,
the firearm will be returned to us.
Refunds will be reduced by:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping costs
- Insurance
- Credit card processing fees (where permitted)
- Restocking fee (up to 20%)
12. Returns & Refunds
Due to federal regulations, transferred firearms generally cannot be returned unless defective or shipped in error.
Eligible non-firearm merchandise may be returned within 30 days if:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Ammunition
- Primers
- Smokeless powder
- Black powder
- Reloading components requiring hazardous shipping
- Custom-built firearms
- Special orders
- Clearance items
Manufacturer warranties remain applicable where offered.
13. Product Descriptions
Product descriptions and specifications are provided by manufacturers whenever possible.
Specifications may change without notice.
